This course provides a comprehensive understanding of Open Access mechanisms in India, covering regulatory frameworks, stakeholder impacts, and pricing charges applicable to commercial, industrial, and renewable energy consumers. It explains both conventional Open Access and the evolving Green Energy Open Access structure, supported by case studies, legal precedents, and practical computation exercises.
