Comprehensive course on Open Access regulations, Green Energy Open Access, captive power plants, and pricing mechanisms for commercial & industrial consumers.
- 1. Understanding of Open Access and Green Energy Open Access regulations (CERC & SERCs)
- 2. Knowledge of captive generation provisions, pricing mechanisms, and cross-subsidy charge implications
